Can I order Matcha / Hojicha that is less than 1 KG?
The smallest pack size that we offer for wholesale rates is 1 KG.
What is the lead time for my order?
The lead time is usually 7 days from the date of your order, subject to stock availability. We hold stock in Singapore.
Storage and Use
How long does Matcha stay fresh?
Although Matcha is labelled with a 12-month expiry date at room temperature, we recommend keeping Matcha chilled in the refrigerator for maximum freshness. Once opened, we also recommend using it within 3-4 months.
What is the best way to store Matcha?
Matcha should be kept away from heat, light and air. When storing Matcha long-term, we recommend keeping it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
If you plan to use Matcha to serve customers, you might wish to open the main pouch once in the morning and pour out the amount of Matcha that you will use for that day. This will avoid exposing the rest of your Matcha to heat, light and air, keeping it fresh for a longer period of time.
What’s a serving size of Matcha for a Matcha latte?
We recommend using 1 full teaspoon of Matcha (roughly 4-5 grams) for each 8oz cup of Matcha Latte (240ml).
