Specially made using our Barista Uji Matcha Powder- for a soft, silky-smooth mouthfeel.
Ingredients

2 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp of water
-
40ml whipping cream

2 tbsp of Matcha Powder

120ml of milk
Directions
Add sugar syrup (2 tbsp of sugar with 2 tbsp of water, add in microwave for 30 s)β£
Add 40ml whipping creamβ£
Add 2 tbsp of #craftteafox Matchaβ£
Whisk them together until you get a whipped, cream-like consistency
Add 120ml of milkβ£
Pour Matcha mixture over the milkβ£
Stir and enjoy!β£
