Use a light coloured pan to brown the butter so that you can take it right off the heat once you see brown (not black!) specks appearing. If you love some nutty flavour in your matcha brownie recipe, this is right up your alley!
Cool the matcha ganache slightly to slightly warm temperature before adding it to the batter. You don't want to risk cooking the eggs!

Whisk eggs and butter thoroughly to incorporate air pockets — till a pale yellow colour.
The color depends largely on the grade of matcha you use. We used Patissier grade matcha, which is a culinary matcha intended for balanced bakes. Try mixing it with Barista grade matcha to get a much more vibrant green color than culinary matcha which tends to be more muted in color.

An aromatic twist to classic chocolate brownies - Fudgy Brown Butter Matcha Brownies!
This delicate treat is the perfect balance between the earthy notes of matcha and overpowering sweetness of chocolate. Your 2-in-1 crowd-pleaser for a casual party or cozy hangout.
Unlike typical recipes, we browned the butter to nail that rich, nutty flavour to make the taste extra memorable.
Paired best with a cup of warm tea and strawberries.

Made using our Patissier Uji Matcha - selected to get perfectly balanced umami Matcha bakes.
Very good quality matcha. Can be drank with or without milk. Very smooth and worth buying.
The set is beautiful and made it very easy for us to make our own matcha lattes at home. The best part, it taste way better than what we bought outside! The matcha tastes so good that we are regretting not getting the hojicha together. Definitely reordering once we finish our matcha powder.
Love this mini pouch! 💚 I use it to separate and carry my matcha powder, and it's the perfect size. It keeps everything organised and is easy to bring around in my bag.
i love that i can drink my matcha everyday and am
still exploring more ways to enjoy the matcha
The sieve has good quality, fit perfectly for home matcha lovers. Easy for us to use
First time trying the subscription and happy with the process and making my own matcha. The taste is fabulous and had been drinking it everyday to start my day.
Matcha so good it was stolen from my home 😂 But seriously, this is my third order, and I love this matcha. I also love getting a gift with every order; it makes the delivery that much more exciting.
Crafti’s matcha gives great quality at a reasonable price point. Makes a great gift too.
Love the taste. Can obviously taste the difference from those bought from Donki. Powder is very fine and I don’t even need to sieve it. It stays suspended for a long time.
1- Minute Matcha Kit save my time a lot. Can be use for everyday matcha drink or bring with you when traveling. So convenient.
